Tackle Football

Chad, Scott, Cal and Craig thought it was a good idea to go to the park and play tackle football - while Jen and I were at a entertaining party. We went to the park to see them after and it was a pretty funny sight! Craig and Chad found there old high school jersey's and Cal was running around with his football...it was very entertaining.

Dad's Hat

Outside

Cal loves being outside. We were outside picking tomatoes from the garden, probably our last time since it is getting too cold. Here is Cal playing and helping carry tomatoes inside.

Alphabet

Cal has a Leap Frog Alphabet set that works on letters and letter sounds. Here he is practicing!

Long Johns

We finally have long john weather...don't you just love the hunting socks too?

Daddy and Cal

Cal loves to play the piano while sitting on Craig's lap, it is so cute.

Cleaning

Cal loves to clean. He'll take a babywipe and clean the windows, his highchair...anything needs cleaning!

Shoes

Cal now loves to tie his shoes...he hasn't quite mastered it, but he will sit and tie his shoes for over an hour!

Pumpkin

Cal got to pick out a pumpkin last week. He loved the large pumpkin, but he got a little one just his size that he picked out.

Memory Walk

My friend Jen and I walked in the Memory Walk this past weekend. It was 3.5 miles and with 250 participants we raised over $45,000.00!!! So thank you to all of you who made donations, it was a great day! Cal, Chad, and Craig (all C's!) came to cheer us on. There was Bluegrass Music playing, food, and even a clown, which Cal was not so sure about. We had nice prayer and everyone let their balloons go, it was a great moment. We had a wonderful day and it was for a great cause!

Cell Phone

Cal got his first cell phone at 16 months! It is a really cute phone and we can record messages for him to play. (Now he doesn't beg for ours, as much)

Go Tigers!!!

Megan, Bert, Scott, Jamie, Chad, Jen, Craig, Cal, and I all went out to watch the Tigers vs. Yankees 1st game of the series...

DD's Toys

Cal's new thing is to pull out every t-ball, rope and rope tug from this cabinet. He then sits in there and hangs out...I do have to say he helps clean up, so that is why he is allowed! (And it keeps him busy while I do some work!)

Goodbye Party...

Our friends Chris, Christie, and Jonathan moved (we are very sad) and we had a goodbye party for them at church. Here are a few pics from that night...they youth did a great job with dinner (and Bill was a great supervisor!)

Cal and I have been having going outside for lunch since it has cooled off. He loves having a picnic and watching for planes and cars.
