My little hobo...

I was so busy with DD's my poor kids just had to hang out. Hannah and Cal are relaxing on their pallette watching mommy work. He looks like a little hobo because it is pretty chilly in the garage (DD's store) and I just layer him up with whatever is around!

The other pics he's just being cute. (I think in the last picture he looks like Bill Murray in What About Bob?)

I hope everyone has a good holiday and we will put up our vacation pics when we return! Merry Christmas.

Jumper...

We decided Cal was old enough to try the jumper...when we first put him in it he was not sure about it and just stood in it. Well after a couple jumps he loved it! He jumps forever and I have to take him out, he never wants to get out. He found freedom!

The first pics are from a couple days ago (Thanks for the PJ's Aunt Mandy...by the way they are 12-18 months!!! I think they are small for their size!)

The second set of pics (with hat on) are from a second ago...notice how he is an old pro now?!?

Stats...

I forgot to give his stats from his 6th month appointment:

weight: 15 lbs 14 1/2 oz
height: 25 3/4 inches

25th percentile for height, weight, and head...he is in perfect proportion!

6 Months

Cal is now 6 months old and is achieving a lot of goals...he has mastered rolling over, he is now eating cereal and baby food, we tried peas and he seems to like them. He talks a lot and seems to have great small motor skills. He is able to hold on to anything these days and is really starting to explore his world around him. We are still practicing sitting up and hopefully in the next few weeks he will be able to sit on his own. We are having a great time watching him grow.

He is a little tired and out of it today because he had his shots yesterday. He was very good for his appointment and just cried for a minute, when they actually poked him. We gave him baby tylenol and it has seemed to help so far. He slept around 9 hours, which he hasn't done in months.

He is watching his favorite DVD...Baby Noah, and swinging in his swing. Cal will probably get a flu shot in a few weeks, we are still deciding if we want him to get it and I didn't want him to get too many shots all together. Other than that he will not need shots for 6 more months!!! Yea! Here he is just dazed out in his swing.

Busted!

Somebody's been sleeping on Cal's blankie...and there she is!!!

Poor Cobi, she probably thought that if she laid there I might think she was Cal and give her more attention. My poor deprived Cobi.

Our growing boy...

We finally got a cold day in Georgia, so Cal and I ventured out for a brisk walk (in his snowsuit)...of course the weather did not stay cold too long...yesterday was mid 60's!!! I can't wait to see snow at Christmas!

Cal has mastered rolling over and holding his head up...he now sleeps on his tummy and refuses to stay in one spot. I never know how he will be positioned when I go to get him out of his crib.

Cal now enjoys sitting up (assisted), and seems to like that view of his surroundings. Hopefully this month he will sit up on his own.

Uh-Oh...looks like somebody fell asleep while hanging out with Cal!
