New Floor

I have been wanting to replace our carpet since Cal was born and we finally did it. I love it! Thank you mom and dad for all your help (I know it is not the dream vacation you were looking for) but we really appreciate all your help. Although it took three of us and five hours to rip out the floor it was really worth the final result. Cal has adjusted well after just one fall, he realized he can't run around like he used to. And now he just puts some pillows down if he wants to lay on the floor!

The Big 3-0

Another decade has come and gone...but it was nice to be able to celebrate my 30th with good friends and family. Craig put together a dinner for me at Bahama Breeze with our friends and my parents arrived in time to join us.

3rd Easter Egg Hunt

We had one last Easter egg hunt just to make sure Cal got the concept. He collected eggs around our yard and will definitely be ready for next year. We also had grandma Custance and Scott over for dinner and Mom and Dad C were here for Easter too.

Easter Morning

Cal got an Easter Bucket on Easter morning filled with a stuffed bunny, a plate, and some candy. He also got spoiled by both grandparents with books, a doll, and more candy!

2nd Easter Egg Hunt

Our church had an Easter egg hunt for all the kids. Since Cal was a pro now, he moved quick and collected eggs, 32 of them!

1st Easter Egg Hunt

Cal's first Easter egg hunt was with his playgroup at a huge park - there were around 6000 eggs! Cal got a bucketfull, he did well his first time around. (Thanks for going with us Etta - and for taking so many pics!)

Car Rug

Cal got a car rug from Etta and Papa(Custance) for Easter. He always lines us his cars and parks them in the parking lot.

Chalk and Bubbles

Cal and I go out on the front porch and color with chalk and blow bubbles. He is really into us drawing a truck and then he adds the wheels. He also just started blowing bubbles on his own!

Potty Training

We have been potty training Cal forever...well we started rewarding him with cars/trucks and he is so proud when he gets one. And yes we are still potty training ...sort of.

Grandma Custance

A few weeks ago we went to see G-Dogs (Grandma Custance). Cal loves to run around her huge apartment and look out onto the lake for ducks.
